1-inch x 1-inch peace of watermelon, cold
1 cup ice
1 ounce premium vodka
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce grenadine syrup
1 cup watermelon puree
1 Piece of watermelon, ananas
Watremelon sweet delicacy
Take the rind of regular watermelon or of the special kind of variety that is used only for sweets.Peel it off and with corrugated knife make cubes.Cubes have to be cooked while water has to be changed 5 times. When first water starts boiling after a while replace it with new water. In the last of 5 replacements put rind of of one lemon and leave all in cold water for 24 hours while again 3-4 times water has to be changed! On one measurment of watermelon rind prepare 2/3 weight of sugar. Prepared sugar put in the pot, pour water to absorb it and start cooking it. When the syroup get favorable density (drips from the spoon in large drops not in a flow) put watermelon cubes to be cooked together for 15 minutes. Before the end put lemon juice of one lemon per every kg.of sugar used and vanilla stick as well. Remove all ''foam'', remove from the stove and cover it with wet cloth.When it gets cold put it in the jars.Carefully seal jars.

On 21st of July, 2005 in the city of Negotin Open Day event took place on our production field. Day was sponsored by companies ''Hoya'' (city of Subotica), ''Skala-Green'' (Subotica) and local agriculture supply shop ''Flora''. Around 260 attendants visited the field. Apart from Serbian guests also there were guests from Hungary. Company ''De Ruiter Seeds'' gave presentation about experiences of watermelon production in Hungary. Guests from Hungary on the same token gave remarks about technical level of Serbian production. Discussion was also done by members of ''Vegetable Growers Association of Vojvodina Province'' and reputable Professors from Agriculture University of Novi Sad. Same Association issiues professional vegetable growers magazine ''Savremeni povrtar'' (Contemporary Horticulturist).
We are proud to announce that in recent nationwide Agriculture Fair (held in the city of Novi Sad) we are honoured with Grand Gold Medal in category of overall watermelon production. Second Gold Medal we got in category for product quality that we did with variety Eleta F1.
